This notice describes how SecTeam processes personal data collected through secteam.it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected

We process only the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: name, work email, company, role, requested assessment type and the message content. We do not use profiling cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used only to respond to your request and to organise a possible engagement. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle the request and the related contractual and legal obligations, then delete it.

Assessment evidence

Technical evidence produced during an engagement is treated as confidential material, with limited access and agreed deletion at the end, as defined in the contract and Rules of Engagement.
